AFTER BOOKING: After your booking has been made, an email will be sent out with the confirmation (please give a couple of hours to receive it and don't forget to check your spam/junk e-mail). A couple of weeks before your session, you'll receive an e-mail with tips and important information to help you prepare for your photoshoot.

TURN OVER: Within 2-3 days after your photo session, you'll receive an online photo gallery with the unedited version of all your best shots taken during the Holiday Mini Session. In this gallery, you'll be able to select your favorite images. (additional images are available for purchase at $25 each). The final artistically edited high-resolution photos will be available for you to download in a private online gallery within 15 days after I receive the selection of your photos.

TREE FARM LOCATION: 6640 Steveston Highway, Richmond.
Saturday, Nov 14th & Saturday, Nov 21st sessions will run from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. In case of heavy rain, the sessions will be rescheduled to the following weekend.

IN-STUDIO LOCATION: Downtown Vancouver:
Friday, Nov 06th sessions will run from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. There will be a 30 minutes interval between each client in order to have the area cleaned and sanitized. 
Saturday, Nov 07th & Sunday, Nov 08th, & Nov 15th sessions will run from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. There will be a 30 minutes interval between each client in order to have the area cleaned and sanitized. 

PROPS: Due to the COVID-19 props won't be provided at this time, but please feel free to bring your own. :)

COVID PROCEDURES: Mengatto Photography is currently taking measures to ensure your safety, the safety of our staff, and limit the risk of infection.  To help us keep our work environment free from the spread of COVID-19, we'll ask you to read carefully and answer a Screening Questionnaire 24hrs prior to your in-studio photo session.
 

If you are having symptoms like fever, dry cough, tiredness, aches and pains, sore throat, headache, difficulty breathing or shortness of breath, chest pain, or pressure, please stay at home and let us know and your photoshoot will be re-scheduled. (Please note; rescheduling is not available at the Tree Farm, but any other session can be done at another day/time).
